The Young Professionals Group is the newest addition to the Kansas City Art Institute community. Formed in collaboration with Art Menke of Lathrop and Gage, young professionals have the opportunity to get involved in the art and design world while networking with peers.
Designed specifically for young professionals in the Kansas City metro area, the YPG is a volunteer based group. There are four YPG social meetings per year for networking and socializing, information about what the group is doing, and plans for the future. Friends are always welcome to join any meetings.
Members may take advantage of the volunteer projects that are going on in conjunction with KCAI events and activities. Members of the YPG have the freedom to be as much or little involved as they choose to be. It's a great way to learn and experience art and design at all its levels.
Membership is open to anyone interested. There are no fees or obligations. Information about what is going on with the group and KCAI will be provided through the monthly YPG e-Newsletter. YPG events and activities are open to members and their friends.
For questions or to join, contact the college's advancement office at 816-802-3417 or tclevenger@kcai.edu.
