The Thursday Professional Practice presentation series augments the studio portion of the professional practice program by providing an array of discussions focused on professional core competencies for B.F.A. degree candidates. This program also creates networking opportunities between students and the Professional Practice presenters.
The one credit-hour Professional Practice course is required of all KCAI junior and senior fine arts majors. Students are required to attend all professional practice studio sessions, as well as the Thursday presentation sessions. Presentations are held Thursdays from noon to 12:55 p.m. in Epperson Auditorium in Vanderslice Hall unless otherwise noted.
