Students who are not U.S. citizens but who wish to apply for admission to KCAI should follow the same application procedures outlined for domestic students, in addition to the following:
Portfolios consisting of CDs, DVDs, photographs or slides are required for all admissions applications.
February 1: Freshman first scholarship postmark deadline
March 1: Transfer applicant first scholarship postmark deadline
Freshman second scholarship postmark deadline
April 1: Transfer applicant second scholarship postmark deadline
Freshman third scholarship postmark deadline
Applicants are notified of the decision as soon as action is taken. Accepted students who plan to enroll at KCAI for the fall or spring term are required to make a $200 deposit. This deposit is refundable until May 1, based upon the National Association for College Admission Counseling Statement of Principles of Good Practices.
