- 1 Jan - ARTworks of Kansas City to begin accepting auction pieces
- 15 April - Deadline for submissions to be juried for Alumni Weekend Auction sneak preview exhibition
- 4-6 May - Alumni Weekend Art and Design Auction juried show
- 10 May - Deadline for submissions to be included in color catalog
- 23 June - Art and Design Auction - Please join us for the festivities!
- We are currently accepting all forms and documentation.

How do I make an art or design donation?
Four easy steps:
- Download, print and fill out the alumni or faculty form. Mail the form to the Alumni Relations Office. See contact information to the right.
- Email a jpeg representative of the work that you would like to donate to alumni@kcai.edu .
- Please attach and email BOTH of the following essays (30 words or less): Personal statement about the donated work or artist statement AND biography of artist donating work.
- RSVP by May 10 to ttierney@kcai.edu if you will be using your free tickets to the Auction so we can send them to you the first week in June.
