Thank you for your interest in donating to KCAI's Art and Design Auction, which will take place June 4. The success of this event is critical for the student scholarship fund. More than 95% of KCAI students receive some form of financial aid. Your support means a lot to them.

All alumni are invited to donate, and alumni who graduated from or attended the college from 1996 to 2010 had a special opportunity to have their work considered for the Emerging Artists Exhibition and Sale, a new aspect of the auction.
Julian Zugazagoitia, the new director and chief executive officer of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, graciously agreed to curate the Emerging Artists Exhibition and Sale. Mr. Zugazagoitia, an international scholar, who previously served as the director/CEO of El Museo del Barrio in New York, assumed leadership of The Nelson-Atkins Museum this summer. His participation in this event so early in his tenure indicates his high regard for our alumni, and we are glad that many chose to submit artwork for this special opportunity.
