In connection with the ongoing celebration of the Kansas City Art Institute's 125th anniversary, Milton Katz, Ph.D., professor of history at KCAI, will speak at 2 p.m. Feb. 21 at Kansas City's Central Library, 14 W. 10th St. His talk is entitled "Making Creativity Dance: A History of the Kansas City Art Institute."
