The first of the spring visiting artist lecture series, “Current Perspectives.” Art Practical is a new and ambitious platform for chronicling contemporary art and visual culture in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their appearance at KCAI is a partnership between KCAI and the Rocket Grants program, which is a collaboration between the Charlotte Street Foundation and the Spencer Museum of Art at the University of Kansas, with funding from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
