An opening reception for the 2014 Kansas City Flatfile Exhibition will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. June 6 at the H&R Block Artspace, 16 E. 43rd St. The exhibition continues through Sept. 27.
The Kansas City Flatfile is a biennial exhibition that features twodimensional artwork by Kansas City visual artists. Visitors are invited to browse through artist portfolios and view changing Salon Wall presentations.
Digitalfile curated by SPECTRA To accompany the Kansas City Flatfile, Digitalfile is an exhibition of contemporary video and time-based work by Kansas City artists. Digitalfile is organized by SPECTRA, a nomadic initiative that presents experimental works by regional, national, and international artists and filmmakers.
