Maybe you are planning to take your sixth class at KCAI, or perhaps you are checking us out for the first time. Either way, the Kansas City Art Institute’s continuing education department wants you to take another look as we introduce a new name that we hope better conveys the wide spectrum of classes we offer.
The School for Continuing and Professional Studies provides art and design classes ranging from digital animation to traditional life drawing for ages 6 through adult. The school has special opportunities for art educators, for high-school students thinking about majoring in art and design in college and for professionals and part-time students interested in certificate programs in topics such as multimedia studies and desk-top publishing.
