Course Proposal Form

When filling out the course proposal form, be prepared to upload a current resume, brief bio, syllabus and supply list.  If you have questions, email Mary Dwyer, mdwyer@kcai.edu for the main campus and Leila Hybl, lhybl@kcai.edu for the North campus.

Model Request Form

If you are instructing a class that needs a model, please see information about models in the Main Campus Instructor Handbook or in the North Campus Instructor Handbook.  A model request form must be completed a minimum of seven days before your class.

Certificate Program

If you are teaching a course offered for credit, grades need to be e-mailed to Ruth Kartman, rkartman@kcai.edu, no later than one week after the final assignment or the last day of class.
