Scholarship renewal policy

KCAI reviews and determines renewal eligibility upon completion of the academic year.

Completion of foundation year:

• Must have cumulative gpa of 3.0 – retain 100% of merit/competitive scholarship.
• If cumulative gpa is 2.5 – 2.99 – retain 75% of original merit/competitive scholarship.
• If cumulative gpa is 2.0 – 2.49 – retain 50% of original merit/competitive scholarship.
• If cumulative gpa is below 2.0 – NO scholarship available. 

Completion of sophomore year and beyond:

• Must have cumulative gpa of 3.0 – retain 100% of merit/competitive scholarship.
• If cumulative gpa is 2.5 – 2.99 – retain 50% of original merit/competitive scholarship. 
• If cumulative gpa is below 2.5 – NO scholarship available.
