Table Hosting Terms:
Table hosting requires filling a table of 10 at the patron level. Only individuals confirmed by host/hostess before the event will be seated at a hosted table. Payment* in full or a pledge reserves the table under the table host’s preferred name. The $3,750 pledge made by the table host is considered a binding commitment regardless of whether or not all 10 seats are filled. Table placement will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis once the payment or pledge is received.
Names and addresses (please include e-mail addresses if available) of table guests must be provided by the table host before Jan. 15, 2010 in order for your guests to receive patron party invitations.
* Should you wish your guest(s) to pay directly for their own seating at your assembled table ($375 each), they may send their checks or credit card information to the Kansas City Art Institute, 4415 Warwick Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64111, Attn: Advancement Department. Indicate the table host name with payment.
