Pay online (convenience fee applies)

You can make a fast, easy payment online to pay for educational expenses.

Families who wish to pay for educational expenses online may do so through Tuition Management Systems, Inc. (TMS) . Simply click on the TMS link and choose the Pay In Full option.

This is a convenient way to make online education payments to KCAI using a credit card, checking account or statement savings account.

Please note the convenience fee charged by TMS for online payments:

• Bank Draft
  • Checking or savings account
  • The convenience fee is $5 for bank drafts.  This amount will be added to each bank draft transaction.  For example, on a payment of $2,000, a convenience fee of $5 will be incurred, for a total payment of $2,005.
    
• Credit Cards
  • MasterCard / Discover / American Express accepted
  • The convenience fee for credit card payment is typically between 2% and 3.5% of the amount charged.  This amount will be added to the credit card transaction. For example, on a payment of $5,000 a convenience fee of $115.75 will be incurred by the cardholder for a total payment amount of $5,115.75.
