GUIDELINES:
1. You may pre-register/register for a KCAI class through the KCASE exchange program any time after pre-registration begins by paying all fees (tuition is waived), and bringing a signed KCASE form from your home school to an academic advisor.

2. The KCASE exchange is only available during the regular school year (fall/spring semesters). You may take studio electives or liberal arts classes through the KCASE exchange.

3. If the class you want to take is closed, you may be placed on the wait list for that class by paying the fees for that class in lieu of the tuition deposit paid by KCAI students. If a space does not become available for you by the first day of class, the fees will be refunded upon request.

PROCEDURES:
1. Bring your signed KCASE form from your home institution to a KCAI academic advisor. If there is room in the class, the academic advisor will sign your KCASE form and provide you a fee schedule.

2. You will take the KCASE form to the Regitrar's Office. You will fill out a KCAI Student Information Form and be given your schedule.

3. You will be directed to the Business Office to pay your required fees. The Business Office will complete your paperwork.

4. If you pre-register, you will need to attend regular registration to complete the registration process and get an ID and parking sticker.

5. At the end of the semester, an official transcript will be sent to your home institution.

Visiting students must pay the exchange fee and any applicable department and supply fees before they are enrolled in a KCAI course.
